On “b” or Wrong Side rows, you will follow the same sequence as the “a” row, but there will be no double crochets – instead you will work a single crochet where there is a stitch, and chains where there are chains. chains and skipped stitches – any time you work a series of chains, you will always work one more chain than there are skipped stitches e.g.In mosaic crochet, the colorwork design is created on the “a” or Right Side rows. Especially once you get the hang of this technique, I think you will find yourself anticipating the next step without needing to consult the written pattern at all! I have written out the full instructions for each row below, but you may find it easier to follow the chart at the end of the pattern. Each pair is worked in a single color – there are no “mid-row” color changes.
